Guided by the Compagnia del Guiterno you will stroll through the streets of the village, visit the chestnut groves, the lit dryer that with its smoke is drying the chestnuts so they can then be ground in the stone mill, and Fabio's bakery where he lovingly churns out Marocca, the ancient chestnut bread baked in a wood-fired oven with natural leavening, every day.
