“Antica Osteria Ca' del Gallo” is the restaurant of Albergo Miramonti in Comano, a resort at 700 m. above sea level near the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine National Park.
Chef Umberto Ferrari, an AIS-qualified sommelier, has trained in some of the best Italian and international restaurants, Rigoletto in Reggiolo, Maria Luigia in Collecchio and San Domenico in New York.
Umberto will welcome you in the restaurant to give you the experience of becoming 'Chef for a day', cooking some dishes with him.
He proposes the creation of a complete menu to which you will try your hand and at the end you will taste the dishes together accompanied by a local wine, perhaps commenting on the result of the work!
