Accompanied by a guide, you will immerse yourself in this journey into the traditional cuisine of Lunigiana among the anecdotes, stories and ingredients of a unique land.
After the harvesting of field grasses, you will get involved and prepare, with the help of professionals, delicious dishes including Torta d'Erbi Lunigianese and Testaroli, an ancient Lunigiana first course, with the opportunity to see up close the renowned and typical cooking in the “cast-iron texts”!
