In the heart of the Apuan Alps Regional Park, in a small perched hamlet with a breathtaking view of His Majesty the Pizzo d'Uccello, is the artisan brewery of the Agriturismo Elicriso.
Accompanied by the two owners, Alice and Melania, you will be able to visit their farm and discover all the steps in the processing of the four types of beer produced: barley, spelt, chestnuts and berries.
Following this, a guided tasting session will give you the chance to sample these special beers accompanied by a nice board with typical local products.
