In the small village of Quarazzana, immersed in the greenery of Lunigiana, you will have an unforgettable experience learning authentic Tuscan recipes.

The charming courtyard of this village will be the setting for your cooking class. Here, where time seems to stand still, you can take part in an informal and entertaining Cooking Class, discovering stories and secrets of Italian food.

Ilaria, owner of the B&B, and Grazia, a ceramist but above all a grandmother, will teach you how to prepare simple dishes from this area: pappa al pomodoro, torta d'erbi, bastard lasagne with chestnut flour, and many more.

All together, you will then dine on what you have prepared.
